ARTIST STATEMENT
Painting has been my passion since I was able to hold brushes in my hands.
I spent many years attending professional art workshops, then I completed Master's degree at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, Poland - Faculty of Painting and Sculpture ( 1996-2002).
Since 2003 I've been living in Ireland , working as an artist painter and interior designer.
My life has always been filled with artistic visions which I've tried to commit onto paper or through other kind of artwork.
I have presented my work in many exhibitions in my home country, but also in Germany ( Dulken and Munchengladbach - Wirkrath) and France (Evian Les Bains).
In Ireland - The Bridge Gallery, Dublin ; Bank Of Ireland Arts Centre, Dublin;
Cong Art Gallery, Cong co. Mayo, Backstage Theatre Gallery, Longford.
My main medium is paint but I also create collages by integrating other materials into the paintings.
I strive to create a mind-soothing marina, which allows my audience heave a little sigh of relief in today's world of fear and hate.
Pastel landscapes, interiors and colourful animals are the only pretext on an artistic challenges and trials - successful trials... I hope. |
